Every order is special to us and we work very hard to send our parcels on time.  when items are in stock your delivery will take around 3-6 working days from the day of dispatch for orders to mainland UK using our standard delivery service.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchases with us, however we understand that sometimes sizing or styles might not be quite right and if you do need to return or exchanges an item we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Items purchased during the Sale only can exchange within 7 days and non refundable.


If you have requested a refund, We ask that all items be returned to us within 15 days of receipt in perfect unworn and with saleable condition with swing tickets attached we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 3-4 days of the item being received.


If you wish to exchange the item(s) please clearly state the product/size you wish to exchange it for. We will then process the exchange if we have the requested item in stock. If the item you wish to exchange for has a different price, we will contact you to advise on payment method or we will refund you difference to an account originally used to place an order. The item must be returned within 20 days of receipt in perfect unworn condition.

Faulty Items

You can return a faulty item up to two months after you have received it. Please clearly state that the item you are returning is faulty and why it is faulty. Please detail your name and a contact email address. Once we have received the returned item, we will assess the item and refund you and the returns postage by the method you originally paid. However, they do not deem the item to be faulty, we will contact you by email to let you know and organize to return the item to you. Please note that fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse can not be classed as faults and we will be unable to refund for these reasons.
